Please note: items purchased through our “Buy From Japan” service are not authenticated or guaranteed by Japan Brand Co. Ltd. We act only as a proxy purchasing service provider for items sourced from Japan.
How the Service Works
Once your order is submitted and payment is completed, the purchased item will be shipped to our warehouse in Japan.
Domestic shipping within Japan (if any) and international shipping will be calculated separately based on parcel size, weight, and the carrier selected.
You may also combine multiple orders, and we can arrange consolidated shipping depending on the final parcel size and quantity.

- Japanese consumption tax may apply to the item.
- Payment gateway charges are borne by the buyer, such as PayPal fees, Alipay fees, bank transfer fees, and UnionPay charges.
- If the item value exceeds JPY 200,000 and is shipped by EMS, AIR, SAL, or Japan Post Seamail, an additional JPY 2,800 customs clearance handling fee will apply.

Insurance fees vary depending on the selected coverage plan and the declared value of the item.

International Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on your selected carrier, the final parcel size, weight, and destination route.
Domestic Shipping in Japan
Japanese local sellers may charge domestic shipping from their shop to our warehouse in Japan.
- Domestic shipping in Japan usually starts from around JPY 1,500, depending on item weight, size, seller location, and shipping method.
- For parcel safety, we require local sellers to use trackable shipping. Even if a store states free shipping, domestic shipping charges may still apply.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping through JP Post and DHL, allowing you to choose the carrier that best suits your needs.
Once the parcel has been accepted by the post office or courier company, the tracking number will be updated in your order account.
Worldwide Shipping Notice
We provide worldwide shipping via JP Post or DHL. Any import duties and taxes charged in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please make sure to check your local customs and tax regulations before purchasing.
* Important Notice for Overseas Buyers *
Please note that we strictly comply with Japanese export shipping restrictions. All alcohol-based goods, flammable liquids, and battery-included items that cannot be exported from Japan are considered restricted shipping items.
Unless you are able to arrange self-pickup, we strongly do not recommend overseas buyers purchase perfumes, nail polish, flammable liquids, or battery-included items.
