Yes. Every single item passes through our Japanese fulfillment center using 3D digital microscopy and X-ray inspection before shipment.

Condition Grading
What does Grade S mean?+
Almost no defects. Very clean. Likely used but well-maintained. All features fully functional.

What does Grade A mean?+
Good condition for secondhand goods. Minor defects may exist but are inconspicuous. No issues in functionality.

Standard used condition. Moderate signs of use and minor defects. No major functional problems.

Obvious signs of wear and defects. Some functional issues may exist. Might need minor repair.

Heavy defects and stains. Used and worn out item. Clearly requires repair.

What do the additional status numbers (1/2/3) mean?+
1 = Inconspicuous defect identified. 2 = Minor defect but ready for use. 3 = Visible signs of use and large defect — inspect carefully.

What is Aging Damage?+
Aging Damage includes: wrinkles, rub marks, balding surfaces, light mold, shiny tanning, cracks, corrosion, greening of metal fittings, loose fasteners, rattling, stickiness, peeling, and related aging defects.

What are the RT/TL Batch (6xx) grades?+
A = Used product in good condition. B = Minor defects usable condition. C = Noticeable scratches stains or missing items. D = Major defects repair required. F = Junk goods no claims.

What are the Jewelry & Accessories Batch (3xx) grades?+
10 = Unused completely new. 9 = Partially used or nearly new. 8 = Beautiful condition despite being used. 7 = Clean with light scratches. 6 = Generally clean some scratches/stains. 5 = Usable condition with wear. 4 = Multiple scratches or dirt. 3 = Scratches dirt general defects. 2 = Severe defects chips or cracks. 1 = Junk goods no claims.

Auction Basics & Rules
Can I buy wholesale directly?+
Bidding is mandatory for auction items. For direct buy use Shopping Mall or Proxy Service.

What is a Closed Auction?+
Blind bidding mode. Status Top means you are leading. Overbidded means you have been outbid.

What is a Reserve Price?+
Hidden minimum price set by the seller. If the reserve is not met the item will be marked as Unsold (Result: 0).

Can I cancel my bid?+
Cancellation is only allowed in Brand/RealTime channels before the auction closes. Cancellation is strictly forbidden in Low Price auctions.

What is the auction time schedule?+
Auctions run in batches. Results are released after midnight on the batch end date. Check the auction page for specific batch schedules.

Where can I check my bid status?+
Log in to your account and go to My Bids. Status will show Top or Overbidded in real time.

How do I know if I won a bid?+
You will receive a notification and an invoice will be generated automatically after the auction closes. Check your account dashboard.

What is the difference between Regular and Premium Dealer?+
Regular Dealer: 40% deposit of bid amount required per bid. Premium Dealer: Fixed deposit of JPY 200000 covers unlimited bids with a 15% fee rate.

Is there a discount on auction fees?+
Yes. Pay via Bank Transfer (TT) to receive an extra 3% discount off all auction fees.

What is the late payment penalty?+
Payment is due within 5 business days. Late payment incurs 2% interest. Non-payment results in a 40% penalty and possible account suspension.

What are the accepted payment methods?+
We accept Bank Transfer (TT) and other methods. Bank Transfer receives an extra 3% fee discount.

What happens to my deposit if I lose a bid?+
Your deposit is fully unlocked and returned to your wallet immediately after the auction result is confirmed.

What are the BA/LP auction fees?+
Standard Overseas: 15%. Premium Overseas: 12%. Standard Local JP: 11%. Premium Local JP: 7%. Additional 3% discount applies for Bank Transfer payments.

Logistics
How is shipping cost calculated?+
Shipping is based on the greater of Actual Weight vs Volumetric Weight. Final cost is confirmed after packing. DHL Express Worldwide is the primary carrier.

We use DHL Express and EMS. Note: EMS is unavailable for shipments to the United States.

How long can I store items before shipping?+
Free storage is available for up to 30 days to allow order merging. Please contact our team to arrange consolidated shipments.

Can I merge multiple orders into one shipment?+
Yes. Please contact us via WhatsApp or your account manager with the order numbers you wish to merge. Our team will calculate the optimal shipping cost for you.

Customs & Import
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?+
Import duties and taxes depend on your country. For US shipments a commercial invoice and EIN number are required. Duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why is my shipment being held by customs?+
Common reasons include incomplete commercial invoice, missing EIN for US shipments, or high declared value triggering inspection. Contact us and we will assist with documentation.

Returns are accepted within 14 days only for confirmed counterfeits or severe undisclosed damage. Items graded D F N 1 or 2 are sold As-Is and are not eligible for claims.
