Understand how our used goods are professionally evaluated.
General Condition Evaluation
S
- Almost no defects, very clean.
- Likely used but well-maintained.
- All features fully functional.
A
- Good condition for secondhand goods.
- Minor defects may exist but are inconspicuous.
- No issues in functionality.
B
- Standard used condition.
- Moderate signs of use and minor defects.
- No major functional problems.
C
- Obvious signs of wear and defects.
- Some functional issues may exist.
- Might need minor repair.
D
- Heavy defects and stains.
- Used and worn out item.
- Clearly requires repair.
Additional Evaluation Status
- 1 – Inconspicuous defect identified
- 2 – Minor defect, but ready for use
- 3 – Visible signs of use and large defect check
Inspection of interior and exterior is based on the criteria above. Some defect points may be omitted at evaluator’s discretion.
Claims Policy: Products with evaluation rank D, F, or N are ineligible for claims.
Aging Damage Definition
Aging Damage includes: wrinkles, rub marks, balding surfaces, light mold, shiny tanning, cracks, corrosion, greening of metal fittings, loose fasteners, rattling, stickiness, peeling, and related aging defects.

| 8 | Beautiful condition despite being used |
| 9 | Partially used or nearly new |
| 10 | Unused, completely new |
Products with ranks D, F, N, 1, or 2 are not eligible for claims.
