Planning to visit Japan? You can collect your orders directly from our headquarters. Please notify us in advance to prepare your items. We offer complimentary secure storage for 1 month.

FAQ: Shipping
1. Shipping Services & Costs
Which carriers do you use?
We ship globally using trusted partners: DHL and JP Post (EMS). You can select your preferred carrier during the checkout process.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping rates are generated in real-time directly from the carrier's system based on the weight of your package and the delivery destination.
Is shipping included in the item price?
No, shipping fees are charged separately. We have a "No Markup" Promise: We do not add any premium to shipping costs. You pay the exact rate charged by the carrier.
Why is the final fee different from the Estimation Tool?
The Estimation Tool is for reference only. Discrepancies may occur due to daily Exchange Rate (JPY) fluctuations or the final dimensions/weight of the verified, packed box.
2. Delivery Time & Tracking
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery consists of two stages:
Processing (3 - 5 Days): Verification, Authentication, and Packing.
Shipping (7 - 15 Days): Once handed to the carrier, typical delivery takes 7-15 business days.
How do I check if my order has been shipped?
Log in and go to "My Orders". If the status is "Shipped", your package is on its way. If it is "Processing", it is being authenticated.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, the tracking number is updated in your account. Visit our Tracking Page and enter your number.
3. Order Management ("Merge Order")
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes! Use our "Merge Order" feature:
  • Select "Merge Order" at checkout to hold items.
  • Go to "Pending Merge Orders" in your account when ready.
  • Click "Ship Pending Merge" to pay the consolidated fee.
*We ship to the address listed in your latest order.
Why is my shipping fee 0 JPY after selecting "Merge Orders"?
SYSTEM NOTICE: This is a system loading error and does not indicate free shipping.
Please do not proceed with payment. Our customer support team will assist in deleting the incorrect 0 JPY invoice/order. Afterward, you can re-select "Merge Order" to generate the correct system-calculated shipping fee.
4. Customs & Taxes
Are customs duties included?
No. We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are levied by your local government.
Why are the customs duties so high?
The specific amount is determined solely by your country's customs authority based on declared value, product category (luxury goods), and local regulations.
Can I include my VAT or Tax ID?
Yes. Please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will list your VAT/Tax ID on the commercial invoice for customs purposes.
5. Troubleshooting
Order's Shipping Status Explanation

Confirmed: The system has verified your Merge Order or Shipping Request.

Picked Up: The courier has collected your package from our warehouse.

Delivered: This status indicates that your Tracking Number has been confirmed and the package has been handed over to the logistics provider. It does not mean it has arrived at your home yet.

For subsequent delivery updates, please use the tracking number on the carrier's website.
