Agency Terms & Conditions
1. REFERRAL FEE STRUCTURE: All accounts registered under an Affiliate Agent are subject to a fixed 18% Auction Fee on all successful bids. This fee is mandatory and applies to the final hammer price.
2. FINANCIAL GUARANTY: The Agent acts as the Absolute Guarantor for their entire referral network. The Agent is strictly liable for the full payment of any order (including auction fees) placed by their referred users.
3. DYNAMIC SECURITY DEPOSIT: A mandatory Premium Dealer deposit is required (starting at 200,000 JPY). The Agent acknowledges that the required deposit amount may vary and increase based on the volume of referral users and the total credit/balance owing to Brandlux JP after each auction cycle. Brandlux JP reserves the right to request additional funds to maintain sufficient collateral.
4. DEFAULT & LIQUIDATION: If a referral user defaults on payment, Brandlux JP reserves the unconditional right to deduct the full outstanding balance from the Agent’s deposit immediately.
5. COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITY: The Agent is solely responsible for collecting payments from their clients. Failure by the client to pay does not exempt the Agent from their financial obligations to Brandlux JP.
6. JURISDICTION: All agency disputes are governed by the laws of Japan. Brandlux JP reserves the right to pursue full legal recourse for any amounts owing beyond the held deposit.
